Swedish massage with a holistic approach, promoting relaxation through releasing muscle tension and can increase sleep. Leave with an elevated spirit and overall balanced body and mind. Optional to add hot stone to your treatment.
Traditional Indian Head Massage is a therapeutic practice used in India for over 5000 years. This can be applied with or without oil. Indian foot massage is a soothing treatment using warm oil, hot towels and a handmade, traditional bowl. Ayurveda considers the feet to be the foundation of the body.
About Us
Hi my name is Cosette Calder. I’m a massage therapist qualified NZQA in Holistic Massage Therapy and trained in Hot Stone Massage. Certified in Indian Head and Foot Massage and a Reiki Practitioner.
I enjoy learning and continually upskilling in different forms of massage. I moved from Australia to New Zealand in 1994 and enjoy an active lifestyle.
